To become certified, you need to pass State Examinations conducted by the government of the country you relocate to. Find the relevant certifying government body in your country of interest, write the exam, and get certified upon passing the exams. Note that the USA uses CNA, In the UK, it is HCA. In Canada, it is PSW. Find the relevant name of the course in your given country if your country has not been mentioned.
